Commission Process
- When commissioning me please provide the time/date of when you want the video or short to be completed. Use CST (Central Standard Time) to provide the information!- Assets (Models PNG's, Emotes, etc.) will help with the editing process.- Shorts aren't that much of a worry but longer form videos please do credit me using my twitter handle -> @izumihydro- The right is reserved for me to use any finished project in my portfolio.- The right is reserved for me to refuse or cancel any commission (I will make sure to explain why).
Additional Price Info
- Provide timestamps/clips of the VOD you want to be done and edited by me (ex. 01:30:00-02:15:05)
If you want me to review the VOD/Recording, there will be an additional charge for the VOD/Recording ($15 USD)- I will make revisions as you request, I will allow up to apprx. 4 requests. Any additional major changes will be an additional charge of $20 USD each. The major changes can be discussed but falls to my discretion.
• We will go case-by-case for the major changes if needed to be discussed/negotiated
• Mistakes such as subtitle errors, wrong emote/requires emote, duplicated clips, accidental cut-offs are not considered a major change
Payments
- Payments will be accepted through PayPal, PayPal fees will also be included in the final invoice.
Payment in full once the final product is decided. If you need time to make the payments you are free to discuss it with me.- You must make the full payment in the time discussed, I will ask for the video to be held off until payment is done. I will also not add it to my portfolio until the video is respectfully uploaded.- Like I have mentioned I am perfectly fine with a payment plan/option of 2 installments: Half the payment up front, and time negotiated for 2nd payment. Message me if you have any other plan/option to make the payments, I will happily discuss that with you!
